HemingCo is a small independent company working with a small team. Although maintaining an accurate website is paramount to us, discrepancies do very rarely occur. We ask if you find any issues with our website to inform us and we will rectify the issue in a timely manner.
All stock sold in store is updated the next morning on our online shop. We aim to ensure no online order gets cancelled or postponed, however we cannot always guarantee the availability of stock on our website.

Any customer of HemingCo is entitled to a 14 day right to return policy. If you find you need to return an item of ours, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number, stating your reason for return and ship it back to our address found on our returns page. How does it work?

Buy what you love today and pay in 3 instalments. Simply add your debit or credit card at checkout and wait until your item has been shipped for the first instalment to be taken from your account. 30 days later your second payment will be automatically taken and then 60 days after the first payment the final instalment will be paid. Repayment is staggered over 2 months, in 3 equal instalments. No interest. No fees.
Buy it today and pay in 30 days’ time. No card details needed. Simply select Pay Later at checkout and wait for your item to arrive. If you’re happy with it, 30 days later Klarna will send a reminder email for payment. You can complete the payment online, at your convenience, with no extra cost. You can pay via credit or with debit card in Klarna app or by logging into www.klarna.com/uk. With 30 days to pay, you don’t need to wait around for refunds if you decide to send your order back.

To use Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments you must be at least 18. Whilst this option is widely promoted, pay later in 3 interest-free instalments is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.

I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?
Refunds shall be issued back to the debit or credit card which was originally entered at checkout.
Can I pay before the due date?
Yes. Just go to the Klarna app or log onto Klarna.com/uk and pay off early
What happens if I cancel or return my order?
As soon as we have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately.
What happens if I don’t pay for my order?
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments purchase at HemingCo from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If we are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna shall notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment and you can always monitor the due date in Klarna app at your convenience. Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay later in 3 instalments’ product even if you have failed to pay on time.
How do I manage my Klarna Account?
Log in to the Klarna App or Klarna.com/uk at any time day or night, to review your purchases and settle your monthly statement. If you need further assistance, you can contact Klarna’s Customer Service team.
Can I pay less than the amount owed each month?
You can at any time choose to pay your minimum payment instead of your interest-saver payment. Your monthly minimum payment is the amount to be paid to avoid incurring late fees on your Klarna Account. Should you choose to pay your minimum payment instead of your interest-saver payment this will mean you will lose your promotional plan offer and the remaining balance will start to incur interest at 18.9% APR (variable).
Is my payment information safe?
Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No payment information is transferred to us or held by us. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols
How do I make a payment?
First, log in the Klarna app or in www.klarna.com/uk and visit your Klarna Account overview page. Then, simply select ‘Make a payment’ and enter the amount you wish to pay towards your balance. What is Clearpay?
Clearpay is a ‘buy now pay later’ company that allows you to buy goods or services offered by retailers online or in stores including overseas retailers in countries approved by Clearpay. A list of retailers is on the Clearpay website.
How do I pay off my account?
Your payment plan is arranged and monitored through the Clearpay app. You will have to create an account in order to create a Clearpay order and to pay it off.
When your account is being set up, you can choose a payment method. You can also change your payment method or add other payment methods at any time through your account.
Each time you make an approved Order, you will be issued with a Clearpay Plan where you agree to a payment schedule which sets out the amount you have borrowed and your repayments instalments on specific dates. You must make all payments on time under the payment schedule. The first instalment is due when your Order is approved. Clearpay may allow payment schedule dates under a Clearpay Plan to be extended subject to certain conditions as set out in your account portal or as agreed with our customer services team. Where this is agreed, Clearpay will update the relevant Clearpay Plan in your account.
Can I pay off my account early?
You have the right as a consumer to pay off your account early and at any time. Please head to your Clearpay account or their website to pay off your order.
Does Clearpay charge interest?
Clearpay Plans are interest free. However, your bank may charge interest or other charges in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement between you and your bank.
How do I request a refund?
If you want to return goods to a retailer and request a refund, you need to contact the retailer and arrange the return and refund according to the retailer’s terms and conditions, policies or your consumer law rights.
You can notify Clearpay of a return to stop payments and avoid a late payment fee. You can find out more information in clause 20 below.
Unless either (i) you cancel the contract of sale with the retailer; or (ii) we are notified by a retailer that a return and refund is in progress; we’ll continue to process any automatic payments in accordance with the dates set out in your payment schedule.
Until whichever is the earlier of: (i) such time that you cancel the contract of sale with the retailer; or (ii) such time that the retailer has confirmed the return of the goods and has notified us of the amount of the refund for those goods; you will remain responsible to us for the full payment of your payment schedule.
Once the retailer has notified Clearpay of the amount of the refund due to you for the goods returned, Clearpay will, on the same day, make the consequent adjustment to your payment schedule. If you have returned all the goods financed under the Clearpay Plan, Clearpay will end that payment schedule and issue a refund of any instalments you have paid to your payment method. If you have not returned all the goods financed under the Clearpay Plan, or if the retailer has notified us that a partial refund is due to you, Clearpay will adjust your payment schedule appropriately (including to reduce or cancel any future payments, if necessary). Please note, in the event of partial refunds, refund amounts are taken off the last payment first. If the refund is processed to your expired or cancelled card, you’ll need to obtain the returned funds by contacting your ban
