INTERNATIONAL RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
HemingCo are more than happy to ship outside of the UK to our neighbours!
We kindly ask that due to the distance in which your order will be travelling, to please get in touch if you have any questions about your order. We also advise you use our size guide to reduce returning items, or alternatively instant message us on our chat button, call or email.
With international purchases, we can offer a return, refund or exchange, but the cost of shipping to return the item must be covered by the customer and not ourselves, HemingCo. Getting your returned item covered with the correct tracking details and compensation amount is very important due to the distance the item will be travelling. If your returned item is lost in transit and we have no tracking details, we will be unable to offer a refund. Tracking a return means we are more likely and able to recover the item and compensation if lost.

Ensure that your item is eligible for return. Due to the extended time of delivery, your international return window is 14 days from the day the item is delivered.

Safely repackage the parcel in the same condition it was received, ensuring all labels are correctly attached to the items and return the parcel at your own cost and earliest convenience.

Once the item has been returned to our store, a refund will be issued.
If you have purchased an item from us and you live outside the UK, please bear in mind the shipping time may be slightly longer than UK to UK shipping. We will always ship international orders with Royal Mail, who advise there is a 3-5 working day delivery window. To be safe, we will advise to expect the order to arrive to you within one week, 7 days from dispatch. Your return window will be extended to 14 days from the day your order is delivered, using the tracking number to identify your delivery date.
The average cost of shipping to any European country from the UK varies between £17-£25. This cost refers to international shipping with tracked and signed coverage and compensation up to £250. This is the most reliable and safe option to ship internationally with Royal Mail.
