INTERNATIONAL RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
HemingCo are more than happy to ship outside of the UK to our neighbours!
We kindly ask that due to the distance in which your order will be travelling, to please get in touch if you have any questions on your desired order. We also advise you use our size guide to reduce returning items, or alternatively instant message us on our chat button, call or email.
With international purchases, we can offer a return, refund or exchange, but the cost of shipping the returned item will be covered by the customer and not ourselves, HemingCo. Getting your returned item covered with tracking details and including the accurate compensation amount is very important due to the distance the item will be travelling. If your returned item is lost in transit and we have no tracking details, we will be unable to offer a refund. Tracking a return means we are more likely and able to recover the item and compensation if lost.
If you have purchased an item from us and you live outside the UK, please bear in mind the shipping time may be slightly longer than UK to UK shipping. We will always ship international orders with Royal Mail, who advise there is a 3-5 working day delivery window. To be safe, we will advise to expect the order to arrive to you within one week, 7 days from dispatch.
The total cost on average of shipping to any European country is £17.45. This is international shipping with tracked and signed coverage and compensation up to £250. This is the highest and most safest option to ship internationally with Royal Mail and cannot be argued or lowered to the demands of the customer. The shipping cost stated above is the exact rate it costs ourselves to ship with Royal Mail.
