It is the customers responsibility to contact and inform us that the goods are due to be returned. You can get in touch via our Contact Us tab or via email or phone call.  


To return an online order, you must call or email the store and inform us of your return request. You will be advised to return the item(s) at your earliest convenience. We cover you with a 14 day, right to return policy from the day the purchase is received. This means, if you wish to return an item(s), you must inform us within the 14 day period following the purchase. If a return comes back to our store after this period, and the store have not been informed on your wish to return, we will be unable to accept the return.

A refund will be returned to your original method of payment by our Internet Team, taking 3-5 working days. As online purchases differ to in-store purchases, you will not be able to do a direct exchange or refund in-store. Our Internet Team work Monday-Friday, therefor online refunds cannot be made on weekends in-store. Send us an email and we will respond to you as soon as possible.


We've extended our returns policy for Christmas. Orders placed from the 1st December to 24th December can be returned or exchanged up until 6th January 2023. Clearance items are excluded from the extended Christmas returns policy. These items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. 


Purchases made in store are not covered by the same returns warranty as online purchases. If you have purchased an item in store, you are eligible for an in store credit note or exchange within 28 days of purchase. This is because our online store uses a different system to our in store tills. To reiterate, purchases made online are eligible for a 14 day return, in store purchases are exchange or credit note only.



All return items must be returned in original condition and packaging with tags and labels still intact. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.  We are not able to exchange underwear or any items that have been worn, or washed. Upon approval, we will issue you a full refund (excluding original delivery charge where applicable), or an exchange, if preferred.

We process our returns on the day of receiving the goods, however refund timescales may vary. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. 

We are not liable for any packages lost in the post where no proof of postage has been obtained, nor any items damaged as a result of poor or insufficient packaging. Please pack your return items carefully, track if possible and ensure you have a Certificate of Posting (receipt) proving the shipping return.

Any items returned which do not comply with the returns policy will be sent back at the customer's cost, and will not be accepted for a refund until the conditions have been met.


1 - Contact us via email, phone call or our Contact Us tab to inform us on your return. Provide your Name and Order Number and reason for returning.

2 - Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return and clearly attach our address provided above.

3 - Drop off the parcel at your local Post Office and collect a free 'Certificate of Posting' or proof you have posted the order back to us. Find information on your most convenient Post Office by visiting: We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Once the goods have been received, we will check the return is in conjunction with our returns policy and go forward with issuing a refund. If the goods are not, we will contact you and go forward with discussing alternative arrangements.


If you want to exchange an item in your order, you have 14 days to inform us. This can be done via phone or email, as long as it falls within the 14 day period. 

Customers are to inform us on the size they wish to exchange. If that size is available it will be reserved until your exchanged item is safely returned to our store. Once we receive the exchanging item, we will inform the customer who will be kindly asked to cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item to be re-delivered. As standard, we charge £4.99 using a Paypal link and your email address. The total will be sent to your Paypal and we will be notified when payment is made. Once payment has been made, the exchange will be packaged and dispatched on a Royal Mail 48hr Tracked service.

Please note: exchanges of higher value items or items weighing over 2kg may cost considerably more. This price is subject to Royal Mail.
