RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply post it back to us within our 14 day right-to-return policy. HemingCo are not responsible for the return shipping cost. Our address can be found on the document inclosed in your parcel or below:
It is the customers responsibility to contact and inform us that the goods are due to be returned. You can get in touch via our Contact Us tab or via email or phone call.
IMPORTANT FOR ONLINE ORDERS
Please note: Online purchases run through a different system to in-store purchases. Therefor we are unable to offer refunds for online purchases that are brought into our store. If you make a purchase online and you wish to return, please call us to discuss the return options.
STANDARD OF RETURN
All return items must be returned in original condition and packaging with tags and labels still intact. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. We are not able to refund or exchange underwear or any items that have been worn, or washed. Upon approval, we will issue you a full refund (excluding original delivery charge where applicable), or an exchange, if preferred.
We process our returns on the day of receiving the goods, however refund timescales may vary. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
We are not liable for any packages lost in the post where no proof of postage has been obtained, nor any items damaged as a result of poor or insufficient packaging. Please pack your return items carefully, track if possible and ensure you have a Certificate of Posting (receipt) proving the shipping return.
Any items returned which do not comply with the returns policy will be sent back at the customer's cost, and will not be accepted for a refund until the conditions have been met.
1 - Contact us via email, phone call or our Contact Us tab to inform us on your return. Provide your Name and Order Number and reason for returning.
2 - Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return and clearly attach our address provided above.
3 - Drop off the parcel at your local Post Office and collect a free 'Certificate of Posting' as proof you have posted the garment back to us. Find information on your most convenient Post Office by visiting: http://www.postoffice.co.uk/branch-finder. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Once the goods have been received, we will check the garments are in conjunction with our returns policy and go forward with refunding the return. If the goods are not, we will contact you and go forward with discussing alternative arrangements.
