What is the return policy?
If the product requires returning, please contact us using the telephone number or email address printed on your enclosed parcel receipt within 14 days of delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to purchase the shipping to send the product back.

How long will the refund take?
Once the product has been reviewed and cleared by our Team for return, we will process the refund to return to your card of payment. This usually takes 3-5 business days.
When will I get my order?
For United Kingdom orders, parcels should take up to 48 hours, dependent on time of order, if the parcel is Special Delivery, or 3-5 days for Standard Delivery.
For International orders, parcels will vary dependent on location. We do not anticipate any orders taking longer than 14 days, however this is at the behest of the international shipping company's discretion.
For all orders, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number for the parcel enclosed. Please contact the delivery company for any issues before us.
How much does shipping cost?
The price of shipping is dependent on the location of your order. We always aim to ensure the cheaptest delivery option possible, while ensuring tracking, signage and suitable insurance coverage is provided.
For United Kingdom orders, shipping will cost £5.50 for Standard Delivery or £15.00 for Special Delivery.
For International orders, shipping will vary depending on the location. All shipping costs are provided at checkout before purchase.
Will my order arrive next day if i choose next day delivery? (uk only)
In order for Next Day Delivery to be successful, we require the order to be placed before 12pm between Monday to Friday. This gives our Team enough time to process the order, package your product and send it to the Post Office to get out as soon as possible.
Next Day Delivery orders placed after 12pm or placed on the weekend should account for the possibility of delivery being longer than expected.
Do you offer click and collect?
Yes, we do. If you wish to avoid the delivery charges, you can set your order to be collected from our flagship Portsmouth store.

We may be in contact if the billing address for your order is substantially outside of the Portsmouth area. If this is correct, please notify us of such.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct method of delivery is selected. If Click and Collect has been incorrectly chosen for delivery, we will issue a PayPal link to cover the cost of delivery.
What are Klarna and Clearpay and how do they work?
Klarna and Clearpay are credit companies that work with us to help you split the cost of your payments. They offer a range of options, including Buy Now, Pay in 30 Days, Pay in 3 Monthly Instalments and Pay in 4 Fortnightly Instalments.
To be eligible for use in the United Kingdom, you need to be an 18 or over valid UK resident, with a UK bank account, UK house address, a form of UK ID and a satisfactory credit score. As they are credit companies, both may charge fees for late re-payments and may pose a risk to your credit score if payments aren't met in time. International accounts may vary their regulations. HEMINGCO. bears no responsbility for missed/late payments and any subsequent consequences.
